Updates for 29 April 2006Well, everything seems to be back and working fine now. All errors reported are now fixed and you may load your stories on The Cartouche at will. I have uploaded a new program onto the site called Live Support. Whenever an admin is online and logged in, the Live Support picture will display an 'online' picture. All you have to do to speak to an admin is click on the picture. A chat request will be sent to the admin. If the admin is offline, you can generate a support ticket. Just leave your name, email, the problem you encountered and an admin will get back to you as soon as one is online. In this way, you can follow the results of your problem and the admins are sure of never missing your request. And we, of course, know that your problem has already been handled. I will also be working on adding another section to the site that I've been putting off for a while due to working way too much and the fact that site had issues that hadn't been worked out yet. This area will be for users looking for available web space. Once it is loaded, simply enter your request in the form and your site will be available within 24 hours. Have fun! |

We are experiencing technical difficulties whilst the chapter table in the SQL Database resets itself. The problem should correct itself once the table finishes inserting. Please notify the admins of the exact error you encountered at
